In this class you will learn all things copic. What do those numbers mean and how do they help me in picking out markers that I want to blend? I will show you direct to paper blending techniques, fading away to whites. You will get to see the airbrush system demoed for coloring flowers and get to try it yourself! I will show you how to use that fabulous blender pen. We will make three wonderful and diverse cards at the same time I will be packing your brains with copic information. I have all the markers for you to play with so come and see what the buzz is about Copic!
Sherrie has been stamping for the last 10 years. Her love of papercrafting has allowed her the opportunity to serve on many stamp and design teams. She has served on Crafty Secrets, Stampendous and is a Dirty Dozen Alumni member at Splitcoast Stampers. �Currently Sherrie serves on the Copic design team,�My Favorite Things design team�and works as a publication specialist for Cornish Heritage Farms stamp company. This class will be a little of everything to help build up your card stash! The cute Lullaby Of Birdland line from Scribble Scrabble is perfect for this and we'll be using the Cuttlebug and some Coordinations paper as well if you haven't tried that. You'll be able to choose the sentiments for your cards or leave them blank and add the sentiments later using supplies you have at home. All Supplies Included.

 Baby Brag Book NEW!

This little book would be a wonderful gift for someone having a baby or great to show off pictures of a recent little one in your life. It will be a chipboard base and we'll be using some adorable generic baby paper from the Fancy Pants Little Sprout line. If you know the gender of the child, you can add a little more blue/pink for matting pictures when you're ready to add them or use it as is. The sample shows the use of different sized pictures, but this was intentionally made to hold 4X6 photos in case that is what you'd prefer to use.  From Sketch to Scrapped NEW!

In this class, we're going to take a sketch (this month by Jana Eubank
http://frommyfeatherednest.blogspot.com/) and complete a double page layout in class. The first thing we'll do is choose papers that'll compliment your pictures and I'll be there to help you do that. Then we'll talk about the design, how you might want to change it to make it your own and how to simply get that 2-pager done! You're encouraged to bring pictures to help you pick your papers and so that you can go home with something finished. Remember that the sizes in the sketch can be worked with or your pictures can be cropped. Basic supplies for the layout will be included and then you can purchase any extras that night that you might want to add to your layout as well. I'll help with this too!

We'll complete a double page layout using a sketch and you should bring 6-10 pictures of the same event to use on that layout. We'll begin by talking about colour and patterns and then I'll help you choose the papers you're going to use for your layout and we can get started.
